Personalized and non-personalized items with a valid receipt may be exchanged hassle-free for the same item or another of equal or lesser value.
Non-personalized items with a valid receipt may be returned for a complete refund within 21 days of the purchase date.*
If your recipient receives a damaged or defective gift, please have them contact our Customer Experience Team here right away. Most of our vendors have a 30-day return window, and we will send your recipient a prepaid return label. Once they ship their return, they can choose to either receive a replacement of the same item or choose a new gift of the same value!
